📦 Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order placement (for Cash on Delivery).
- You will receive an order confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS, or email once your order is placed.
🚚 Delivery Timeframe
- Within Pakistan: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- We use TCS Courier Services for reliable and timely deliveries across Pakistan.
- Please note that during sales, Eid holidays, or national events, delivery may take slightly longer due to increased order volumes or courier delays.

We currently offer the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- Bank Transfer
All payment methods will be confirmed during checkout and in the confirmation message sent after your order.
📍 Shipping Areas
- Currently, we deliver all across Pakistan, including major cities and towns.
- International shipping is not yet available but is planned for the future, inshaAllah.
🚫 Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us directly.
- Once the order is dispatched via TCS, it cannot be canceled.
💥 Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We will assist you in resolving the issue with a replacement or refund, based on the situation.
